Mastery of all uses of ionizing radiation in medicine, industry, mining, and research.

Ability to design, develop, and conduct radiological protection programs in order to meet the demands of their country.

Ability to assume responsibilities as experts in radiological protection.

Apply their knowledge, judgment, and professional experience at the highest possible level, carefully evaluating situations that may generate conflicts of interest in order to issue their technical opinion without any external pressure.
