Vice Rector’s Office for Student Services
Its purpose is to offer a student-centered university experience, promoting inclusion, timely support and access to academic, technological and administrative resources that contribute to their personal and professional development.
FUNCTIONS

Integral student welfare: Design and implement psychological orientation programs, socioemotional support and academic counseling that favor the adaptation and permanence of the student.

Admissions management: Coordinate and supervise admission processes, providing clear and timely information to applicants, ensuring transparency, efficiency and compliance with institutional requirements.

Student attention and service: Guarantee effective communication channels and agile response to requests, inquiries and academic and administrative requirements.

Promotion of university life: Promote cultural, sports, educational and integration activities that strengthen the sense of institutional belonging.

Access to academic and technological resources: Supervise and promote the adequate use of spaces and tools that support learning and research.

Student retention and follow-up: Implement strategies of accompaniment and early warning systems to prevent desertion.
Vice Rector of Student Services
Dominican professional with a multi-sectorial trajectory in university strategic management, focused on the well-being and integral development of the student as a central axis. He has led processes of transformation of university life, strengthening the link between academia and productive, sports and cultural sectors at national and international level. Doctoral candidate in Business Administration with specialization in New Markets and New Technologies, Master in Management and Productivity, studies in International Business and certification as International Quality Auditor. Experience in implementation of operational excellence standards, strategic management of student services, admissions, integral experience, welfare, retention and permanence, bibliographic and technological resources, inclusion and institutional coexistence, promotion of sports and culture, scholarship management, strategic alliances and coordination of academic and technological delegations in international scenarios.
