Graduates of this program will be able to work successfully in the world of diplomacy and international relations between different entities, identifying the effects of such interactions in the political, economic, and social spheres, both nationally and internationally. They will be able to work as civil servants in the foreign service, employees in international organizations, analysts in the media on global issues, consultants for non-governmental organizations, among others.

He holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and a Master’s Degree in Political Science with specialization in Political Science, both from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña. He is a graduate in Law and has a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo. He has an extensive working career in the private and public sector, with more than 27 years of experience of which 15 years have been developed in the diplomatic service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Dominican Republic. He served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Honduras and the Republic of Belize, in the Central American region. At the end of his mission in Honduras, he was decorated with the Order of José Cecilio del Valle in the Degree of Grand Cross Silver Plate, in recognition of his efforts to strengthen relations between both nations. He has been decorated with the National Order of Merit in the grade of “Gran Cruz” of the Government of the Republic of Paraguay. He has published several books with prestigious international publishers, such as Grupo Norma.
