Promote and develop close relationships with communities, companies, governmental institutions and national and international organizations for the transfer of knowledge, contributing to social welfare.

Desarrollar proyectos educativos y actividades culturales, deportivas y científicas que respondan a las necesidades de los territorios locales, regionales, nacionales e internacionales. Ofrecer formación continua a través de diplomados, certificaciones y cursos de actualización que permitan a los profesionales y a la comunidad en general, tanto nacional como internacional mantenerse al día en sus conocimientos.

FUNCTIONS

    • Design of extension policies for the knowledge and approval of the board.
    • Design, presentation and execution of plans and programs of extension activities in accordance with the nature of UNICARIBE.
    • Management of national service offices in: Monte Plata and Punta Cana.
    • Management of international service offices in: Guyana and Madrid.
    • Opening of new service offices.
    • Design and implementation of teacher training programs.
    • Support and promotion of new UNICARIBE initiatives.

She has more than 20 national and international certifications in virtual and distance education, educational quality – administration – learning management and curriculum development. She has participated in the development of an important list of research on educational issues and teacher development. Director of the Polytechnic Julio Abreu Cuello, Director of the University of the Caribbean – Monte Plata, Academic Coordinator of the Latin American Foundation for Education and Innovation – FLEI-, through which she develops and executes training programs for teachers, nationally and with international alliances. Founder of the Gamification Montessori School – Monte Plata.
