All applicants must take the Academic Orientation and Measurement Test (POMA) established by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology (MESCyT). Students who wish to enter the Education program must take other tests as required by the MESCyT prior to enrollment.

Complete the online admission form here, upload the following documents and then deposit them physically at the University. Later a representative of the Admissions Department will contact you to validate some information.
1. Legalized Birth Certificate, no more than six months old.
2. Official High School Certificate, issued by the Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic (MINERD).
3. Original high school transcript, signed by the School District.
4. Medical certificate, stamped and signed by the person in charge of the evaluation.
5. Two 2×2 front facing photos.
6. Copy of identity card.

2. Official High School Certificate, apostilled in the country of origin and approved by the Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic (MINERD).
3. Original high school transcript, apostilled in the country of origin and approved by the Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic (MINERD).
4. Medical certificate, stamped and signed by the person in charge of the evaluation.
5. Two 2×2 front facing photos.
6. Copy of passport, student visa or residence.
7. Documents required for admission that are written in a language other than Spanish must be translated by a court interpreter and legalized by the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic.
8. If you wish to request validation of courses taken at a foreign university, you must submit a transcript of grades from the institution of origin, apostilled in the country of origin and revalidated and legalized in the Dominican Republic by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology (MESCyT). If you are a graduate, you must submit a copy of your degree legalized under the same criteria indicated for the transcript of records.
