Ariel Antonio Báez Pineda

Dean of Humanities

Graduated with a degree in Labor Psychology from the Universidad Católica Santo Domingo, with a postgraduate degree in Higher Education from the same university. Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management at the Centro de Estudios Financieros in Madrid, Spain. Graduated from the Institute of Higher Education in Diplomatic and Consular Training “Dr. Eduardo Latorre Rodríguez” of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Dominican Republic, where he obtained a postgraduate degree in Commercial Diplomacy. He has completed several continuing education studies such as: Course on Management Skills and Competencies at the Complutense University of Madrid, International Certification in Management of Mentoring Programs of the Mentoring Network of Spain, Training on Ethics in the Government sector, managed by the Ministry of Finance of Panama and the Latin American Center of Administration for Development, CLAD.
