The School of Business aims to be a benchmark of excellence in the international arena in the training and development of leaders, creating management values through research, technology, our institutional values and the implementation of our educational model.

The professional graduated from Unicaribe in any of the areas related to business will be prepared in the workplace to perform as an entrepreneurial professional who can identify and exploit the opportunities offered in the market to meet the demands of individuals and groups by creating relevant, profitable and sustainable business initiatives. He/she possesses leadership, negotiation and opportunity identification skills for business development and is able to formulate projects and strategies for business internationalization.

Objectives

    • To train competent professionalss, with critical thinking and attitude and ethical values.
    • To offer university education opportunities for all, influencing the development of society through qualified graduates.
    • Consolidate the institutional educational model through distance, blended and virtual learning, using quality programs, methods, teaching-learning strategies and resources, supported by the Blackboard and Banner educational technology platforms.
    • Promote student and faculty mobility practices, double degrees, homologation of academic credits, as well as international accreditation and strategic alliances.
    • Encourage the linkage of the university with the productive sectors, promoting research, development, innovation and entrepreneurship that lead to solving social problems and at the same time generate new sources of financing.
