Use financial and fiscal modeling tools for the evaluation of PPP projects, applying risk and scenario analysis.
Develop APP proposals with an adequate allocation of risks and financial return, promoting efficiency and transparency.
Contribute to economic and social development by structuring APP projects aligned with national objectives.
