Dean of Hotels, Tourism and Gastronomy

Outstanding professional with more than 30 years of experience in the tourism area, graduated from the Hotel Management career at the PUCMM and has a master’s degree in Food and Nutrition at the UASD. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in International Tourism at ANAHUAC in Cancun, Mexico. He has obtained academic specialties in several countries and academies, he is also a renowned Dominican chef, producer of a television and radio program called “La Cocina de Wandy” and with an extensive experience of 24 years in Higher Education, serving as a teacher in schools and universities such as PUCMM, UNIBE, ITSC, CSGS and UNICARIBE. He is the owner of the company “La Cantina Criolla”, which has developed important projects and since 2019, has been appointed honorary and permanent ambassador Sabor USA by the United States, representing and collaborating with the Department of Agriculture of the United States Embassy in the Dominican Republic with Potato USA, US Meat, Grapes USA and Apple USA.
